Concours ONCF 2025: 16 Key Positions

 


The Office National des Chemins de Fer (ONCF), a major player in Morocco’s railway infrastructure development, has launched a recruitment competition for 16 senior positions. These opportunities are part of ONCF’s strategy to expand and manage strategic projects, particularly the high-speed rail network (LGV).

With a variety of positions and stimulating responsibilities, this recruitment campaign offers candidates a chance to contribute to large-scale national projects.

Available Positions

1. Civil Engineering Lot Manager (9 positions)

📍 Location: Rabat, with possible travel.

🔹 Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing construction work in collaboration with the Project Management Assistance (AMO).
  • Managing contracts related to civil engineering.
  • Planning and coordinating activities.
  • Monitoring the project's physical and time-related interfaces.

🔹 Required Profile:

  • State Engineer Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience.
  • Strong skills in interface management and specialized IT tools.

2. TVE (Track Work on Operated Lines) Manager – North & South (2 positions)

📍 Location: Rabat, with possible travel.

🔹 Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing civil works, track construction, and catenary installation.
  • Managing contracts and project scheduling.
  • Coordinating with AMO and liaising with stakeholders.

🔹 Required Profile:

  • State Engineer Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience.
  • Expertise in railway project management.

3. Energy and Substations Lot Manager (1 position)

📍 Location: Rabat, with possible travel.

🔹 Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the installation of energy systems and substations.
  • Managing and monitoring related contracts.
  • Providing technical coordination and assistance.

🔹 Required Profile:

  • State Engineer Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in the field.

4. Track & Catenary Lot Manager – North (1 position)

📍 Location: Rabat, with possible travel.

🔹 Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing track and catenary works for the LGV Kenitra-Marrakech project.
  • Overseeing contract management and coordination.

🔹 Required Profile:

  • State Engineer Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience.

5. Head of Quality & Audit Service (1 position)

📍 Location: Rabat, with possible travel.

🔹 Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing the quality system for projects.
  • Conducting internal quality audits.
  • Contributing to improving project management standards.

🔹 Required Profile:

  • State Engineer Diploma or Master’s Degree in Quality/Audit.
  • Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience.
  • Knowledge of quality management standards and frameworks.

6. Head of Interfaces & Project Coordination (OPC) LGV (1 position)

📍 Location: Rabat, with possible travel.

🔹 Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing activity schedules for the LGV project.
  • Overseeing and controlling project interfaces.
  • Implementing scheduling and coordination tools.

🔹 Required Profile:

  • State Engineer Diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Tilos.

7. Head of Communication Service (1 position)

📍 Location: Rabat, with possible travel.

🔹 Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a communication strategy.
  • Creating communication tools and materials.
  • Monitoring and adjusting communication impact.

🔹 Required Profile:

  • Master’s Degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Communication, or Journalism.
  • Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience.
